Who are we?

We are a global network of NGOs dedicated to advocating for prevention and recovery efforts. Our members, drawn from across the world, represent organizations working both locally and globally to strengthen civil society's role with a vision of a healthier and more equitable future for all.

Each year, we gather in Istanbul to track and evaluate global substance-use trends, assess the effectiveness of current policies, and identify local and regional needs. Our summit aims to empower civil society and develop a unified global strategy that amplifies our collective voice in the international policy arena.

Through these efforts, we strive to shape more effective prevention strategies and drive meaningful change. As committed participants, we emphasize the critical importance of collective action and global collaboration in advancing prevention and advocacy. We are dedicated to promoting inclusive healthy behaviors and creating supportive environments for everyone, free from discrimination.
